Managing your subscription
Mustard Tree is one auto-renewing monthly subscription, sold and billed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them ourselves, because we never handle your payment.
Restoring a purchase
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Subscriptions are tied to the Apple ID that bought them, so make sure you are signed in to the same one.
Signing in
You can sign in with Apple, or with your email address — in which case we send you a six-digit code. If the code has not arrived, check your spam folder and confirm you typed the address correctly. Codes expire after an hour; request a fresh one if yours has gone stale.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. It removes your account, your check-in notes, the descriptions you gave your journeys, and your profile name and photo. Your completed days, your tree, and your highlights stay on your device — deleting an account does not erase what you have already read. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Something is wrong with the app
Email us with your iPhone model and iOS version and we will get on it. If a devotional failed to appear, mention roughly when it happened — that helps us find it.
About the Bible text
Scripture in Mustard Tree is rendered from the Bible version you select from the vetted translations stored inside the app. The language model writes only devotional prose. When a devotional includes Scripture, its passage is drawn from those vetted translations. The app never displays model-written verse text; any Scripture quotation shown is verified and rendered from the selected translation stored inside the app.
